RasenBallsport Leipzig e. V. wanted to make its social commitment more impact-oriented and at the same time realize the club's first sustainability report according to international standards.
Task
Development of a corporate citizenship strategy, conducting a stakeholder analysis, and designing and implementing the first sustainability report according to GRI.
