Sustainability strategy and -report Competence development
Initial situation
Hertha BSC GmbH & Co. KGaA was in a phase of reorientation. Sustainability was to be firmly established as an integral part of its future direction and positioned more clearly in its strategy.
Task
Support in developing a holistic sustainability strategy as well as guidance in analysis, concept development, operational implementation and reporting.

Solution
We developed a strategic framework that closely links sustainability to the overall strategy. This work included in-depth analyses, a clear prioritization of key issues, and the development of viable structures and formats for implementation.

Development of the sustainability strategy including key topics and recommendations for action
Support with action planning, KPI definition and competence building
