Project Management Internship (3–6 months)

IMPCT for Change is looking for interns who are keen on change – focus on project management

IMPCT for Change GmbH helps companies and organizations create real change that harmonizes people, the environment, and business success. Since our founding in 2019, we have implemented numerous groundbreaking projects. With experience in strategy, business and organizational development, sustainability management, and the sound application of SDG and ESG criteria, we create measurable impact.

Who we are looking for

Are you a student and would like to gain practical experience in project management as part of a mandatory internship?
Do you want to learn how to plan, manage and further develop agile, impact-oriented projects in the field of sustainability?

Your tasks

• Support in ongoing projects – from organization to implementation
• Participation in planning, project structuring and process management
• Preparation of presentations, processes and briefings
• Research and content support for different project phases
• Support in the areas of monitoring, documentation & quality assurance

• Independent handling of smaller work packages
• Contributing own ideas, perspectives and impulses

Your profile

• You are completing a mandatory internship as part of your studies
• Interest in sustainability, social innovation & project work
• Structured, responsible work ethic
• Enjoyment of organization, teamwork & communication
• High willingness to learn, reliability and proactive thinking
• Openness to a dynamic start-up culture with flat hierarchies
